Privacy Policy

Beast.fit (the "App") is operated by EpsilonX, LLC ("Beast.fit," "we," "us").
This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By
using the App you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Account information — a username and email, and a password
(which we store only in hashed form), or your Apple account identifier if you
use Sign in with Apple.
- Fitness data you enter — workouts, exercises, sets, reps,
weights, RPE, routines, programs, personal records, body measurements, and
progress photos.
- Nutrition data — foods, macros, and label or barcode scans
you choose to log.
- Health data (with your permission) — step counts and related
activity metrics read from Apple HealthKit, used to power streaks and activity
features.
- AI Coach messages — text you send to the in-app AI Coach
("Alpha") is processed to generate responses. Please don't include sensitive
personal information in these chats.
- Device & usage data — a push notification token (if you
enable notifications), app version, platform, and in-app activity used for
analytics, crash reporting, and reliability.
- Bug reports — if you submit one, we collect a screenshot, the
current screen name, app version, device platform, and recent app log lines so
we can reproduce the issue.
- Subscription status — purchases are processed by Apple. We
receive confirmation of your subscription and trial status, never your full
payment card details.
How we use your information
- Provide, sync, and improve the App across your devices (including Apple Watch).
- Generate AI coaching, analytics, and personalized training features.
- Send notifications you have enabled (reminders, streaks, achievements).
- Process and validate subscriptions and free trials.
- Maintain security, prevent abuse, and fix bugs.
Apple Health (HealthKit)
We never use HealthKit data for advertising or marketing, we never sell it, and we
do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. It is used solely to
provide features inside the App, and you can revoke access at any time in iOS
Settings → Privacy & Security → Health.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with
service providers that help us run the App, under agreements that limit their use of
it:
- Apple — Sign in with Apple, subscriptions/payments, and push
delivery.
- Amazon Web Services — application hosting, database, and
encrypted file storage (e.g., progress photos).
- Cloudflare — content delivery and security.
- Google Firebase — push notification delivery.
- OpenAI — processing AI Coach messages to generate responses.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and
users.
Data retention & deletion
You can delete your account and associated data from within the App
(Settings → Account), or by emailing
support@beast.fit. We delete your personal
data within 30 days of a deletion request, except where we are legally required to
retain certain records.
Security
We protect data in transit with HTTPS/TLS, store passwords hashed, and keep
authentication tokens in secure device storage. No method of transmission or storage
is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
Children
Beast.fit is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK), and we
do not knowingly collect their personal data.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or
delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact
support@beast.fit.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by
updating the "Last updated" date above.
