Common questions

Managing or canceling a subscription

Subscriptions are billed through Apple. To view, change, or cancel, open your device's Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions and select Beast.fit. Canceling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current period.

Free trial

If your plan includes a free trial, you won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel before the trial ends (in Apple Account → Subscriptions) to avoid being charged. Apple offers one free trial per Apple ID per subscription group.

Restoring purchases

If your subscription doesn't appear after reinstalling or switching devices, open the App's paywall and tap Restore Purchases.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account and data in the App under Settings → Account, or email support@beast.fit and we'll handle it within 30 days.

Apple Watch

Beast.fit includes a companion Apple Watch app. Make sure both apps are updated to the latest version and signed in to the same account so workouts sync.

Use the in-app bug reporter (Settings → Developer, or shake your device) to send us a screenshot and details, or email us directly.
