These Terms govern your use of the Beast.fit mobile and watch apps and related services (the "App"), operated by EpsilonX, LLC ("we," "us"). By using the App you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA/UK) to use the App. You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Keep your password secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to misuse the App — including reverse engineering, interfering with its operation, attempting unauthorized access, uploading unlawful or infringing content, or using it to harm others.
You retain ownership of the data and photos you add. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to operate and provide the App to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
The App, its design, and its trademarks are owned by EpsilonX, LLC. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our branding except as needed to use the App.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service and its users.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EpsilonX, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any injury arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms; material changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which EpsilonX, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
